Double Bill - Norm and Ahmed - The Stones

1.Alex Buzo's controversial play about racism...NORM & AHMED, a play that culminated in the arrest of the two actors who played Norm, the definitive ocker, and Ahmed the young Pakistani student, when it was first staged in Melbourne in 1967.
The play was later banned in 2 Australian states. Graham Blundell, the director, was also arrested.
Norm & Ahmed have just finished a successful run at THE SEYMOUR CENTRE. [Norm&Ahmed the chance midnight encounter in a little side-street, near Martin Place, between, Norm, a vietnam veteran, Australian ocker, and a young articulate Pakistani student...a truly compelling conversation ensues]

2.Zeal Theatre's, THE STONES, a play about 2 boys who throw stones off an overpass with dire consequences.
'The Stones' has played to rave reviews in Europe and the USA... has been performed over 20 times around the world.
"Stefo Nantsou and Tom Lycos are masters of physical theatre" The Vancouver Sun. "A stunningly good piece of theatre, brilliantly conceived and superbly performed."ABC Radio. "The Stones"... a theatrical gem!" Canberra Times.

A DOUBLE-BILLER THAT WILL HAVE AUDIENCES ON THE EDGE OF THEIR SEATS.
